At the beginning, I thought it was a mass email, which did not attract much attention from me In my reply to the email, I briefly introduced the company and hot-selling products, but I didn't have high hopes.

　　However, in the subsequent email communication, Jim soon informed me of the project status and expected requirements: professional archives and large-capacity storage of documents. I am very excited to learn this information, because as a professional office furniture manufacturer, we can meet all Jim's requirements.

　　As for Jim's requirement, compactus is the first choice, so I introduced the details of hand push compactor rack to Jim. In terms of document storage, compactus has more storage and more convenient search compared with conventional filing cabinets. Since Jim did not know much about compactus, I introduced to him that I used simple language description and pictures to make him understand compact frames as much as possible in a short time. In addition, we have the design department that will provide professional solutions according to the customer's room size and other requirements. At the time of signing the contract, Jim said that he was very grateful to Huadu for providing a perfect solution for their project.

In the process of order production, delivery and later installation, we also update the contract process for customers at any time and share their concerns in every aspect. At the end of the installation process, in order to help customers, we not only provide the detailed installation instructions and video, and individual is given a note files, including parts of what steps needs to be fixed directly, which steps in the fixed parts need to be done after the installation is complete, and other places where need to pay attention to.
